Ⅱ 售中:
1 、時(shí)刻與您保持聯(lián)系,邀請(qǐng)客戶(hù)到公司考察,監(jiān)督生產(chǎn)裝配。
2 、備好設(shè)備說(shuō)明書(shū),檔案卡及跟蹤卡等相關(guān)軟件,隨時(shí)接受您的驗(yàn)收。
3 、定期向客戶(hù)匯報(bào)設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行情況。
While-sale:
1, keep contact with you at any time and invite the clients to our company to inspect and supervise
the production and installation of equipments;
2, prepare equipment specification, file card, tracking card and correlative software for you to
check and accept at any time;
3, report the producing information of the equipment to clients regularly.
Ⅲ 售后
? 保修一年,終身維護(hù), 24 小時(shí)為您開(kāi)通售后服務(wù)網(wǎng)站、熱線和傳真,國(guó)內(nèi)客戶(hù)基本保持48小時(shí)內(nèi)到達(dá)指定地點(diǎn)。
? 備件庫(kù)存長(zhǎng)期備足,易損、易耗件及重要配件,保證及時(shí)給客戶(hù)應(yīng)答。
? 對(duì)每個(gè)客戶(hù)定期回訪,每年一次,并記錄好設(shè)備檔案記錄。
